Born in Milwaukee ‘50 I grew up plying brass instruments and joined a fantastic band of 150 musicians. We became Ambassadors* in toured 5 countries in Europe in 1965. Chicago Transit Authority ( Chicago ) is one of my all time favorite bands. I am looking forward to your performance at The Pabst Theatre in Milwaukee I September of 2024. Your tribute to Chicago is as you say better than well Chicago. I seen Chicago but have no reservations as your You Tube performances are exquisite.

I got to see them Saturday night in Philadelphia, and I had an amazing time. They absolutely blew me away with how well they play live. Purchased a meet and greet and Cd. The meet and greet was organized and pleasant. The entire band was humble and very friendly. It was an experience I'll always treasure.

I am in AWE of how good your music is. As much as I love Chicago, you are even better. First, your drummer is sublime - wow, he is so great, and he and the bass, just give the music the perfect tight rhythm. The horns are just so good - what a joy to hear the blaring horns - real music. And, the singing. I'm sure they hear it all the time, but they are INCREDIBLE. I have nothing but admiration of your artistry - because music produced this precisely, is artistic music.

A great bio of a great band...i know that these members will all succeed in music whether that means as a band or individual..

I believe the music is what this is all about..the extreme detail in which these individuals are able to achieve is like replicating DNA, I really beleieve even now in 2024 they will find endless amounts of American music to cover, improve and finally show the world. Sucess is really subjective, but in my definition..they are and will be a success!

My wife and I recently discovered Leonid and Friends when their cover of LIghthouse's One Fine Morning popped up on my UA-cam feed. The arrangement was like listening to Skip Prokop and the band all over again. Lighthouse played at our high school in Toronto in 1971, and a couple of years later I played some hockey with some of the band members.

Wow, I can't believe how you awakened the spirit of this 73 year old. Leonid and Friends your music is a joy. Your heart and talent brings Chicago's exciting, live music back again after all these years. I saw Chicago for the first time in the Fall of 1969 at Philadelphia's Quaker City Music Festival. I swear its deje vu again!

What a great amounts of wonderful skilled musicians! I wonder how they live today, still having fun doing music? Or transformed to soldiers running around killing their neighbours, some equally wonderful talented musicians...

It goes to prove that music has the power to bring people together when politics, religion and socioeconomics drives them apart.
